La Salle College High School Is Undefeated

As most of those who have been paying attention know, the Explorers are undefeated so far this season through 16 games with victories against St. Mary's High School, Holy Ghost Prep, Wyoming Seminary, Malvern Prep, La Salle Academy, St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute, and Fairfield Prep. They won the Mount St. Charles Holiday Tournament featuring the current top team in Rhode Island and the Connecticut state champions. They tied the current New Jersey state champions St. Augustine Prep, and current leader the Delbarton School. They recently bested 2007 Flyers Cup AAA champions HGP 8-3 on January 9th. It seems unlikely that La Salle is going to make it through the upcoming Meadville Tournament, and games against the Lawrenceville School and Christian Brothers Academy to go undefeated through the second half, but all the pieces seem to be there for La Salle to make yet another run at the Flyers Cup and a state championship.
