HGP Vs La Salle

Is the story here Holy Ghost Prep rebounding from a bad start to make it all the way again? Or is the story La Salle College High School and their constant grab for the AAA crown? La Salle has to be the favorite to win. With handy wins against HGP 5-0 and 8-3 the Explorers know they have an edge. They have steamrolled through a season to a 25-1-2 record losing only to a strong Christian Brothers Academy squad. La Salle has a history of always making it to the Flyers Cup, even an off year is a strong year in their program, but despite 15 straight years of winning seasons and tournament appearances they have only claimed the Flyers Cup twice. As the Evening Bulletin noted, La Salle's story might be one of revenge. Holy Ghost Prep defeated them last tournament on the way to a Flyers Cup championship. They want the repeat. They have been dominating the LBCSHL for years now. They have built a leading program that is, with strong leadership, going to be a leader for years to come. Both programs are strong and both are proverbial perennial contenders. This should be a good game.
